Community Support Specialist
COMMUNITY SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Part Time/Flex Schedule/Remote - $15/hr
Doomlings is evolving and we’re looking for a Community Support Specialist to help us assist our fantastic community. This part-time, fully remote role focuses on engaging with players new and old across our social media, answering questions/comments, keeping our spaces moderated, and helping with customer support. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys online/in-person communities, and card games this is a perfect fit for you!
🔧 Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to customer support emails
- Engaging with the community by replying to comments across our social platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, Discord, X, Bluesky, Reddit, and YouTube (excludes DMs)
- Assisting with moderation of community groups, including flagging or addressing issues as needed
- Performing order checks and assisting with basic order-related issues in Shopify
- Completing replacement and other orders as needed in Shopify
- Escalating customer concerns or sensitive situations when necessary to the Community Manager
- Providing a once weekly sentiment update to Community Manager
- Creating positive interactions for players across platforms
- Maintaining brand consistency and tone in communications
- Supporting additional community or operational tasks as needed
✅ What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Experience with community management and/or customer support
- Experience with or love of Doomlings is a major plus!
- Highly organized and able to manage tasks independently when necessary (help is always available!)
- Reliable, responsive, and proactive in communication
- Familiarity with Shopify, Discord, and social platforms is a plus
- Someone willing to commit 10-15 hours a week
- Currently this position is available to those who reside in the US only
